Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is Getting Adjusted Safe For Me Or My Child Or When I'm Pregnant?

A: Absolutely! Dr. Cortney Dice is trained in helping pregnant women through their pregnancy by using gentle and effective techniques to take pressure off the spine. She is trained in Webster Technique and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Q: What is Network Spinal Chiropractic?

A: Network Spinal is a gentle, non-invasive form of chiropractic care that helps your body release tension and stress patterns stored in the spine. Instead of forceful adjustments, light touches along the spine cue your nervous system to reorganize and heal from the inside out. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing, with lasting benefits for energy, mood, posture, and overall wellbeing.

Q: What can Network Spinal Help With?

A: Network spinal can help improve posture and alignment, reduce tension and stress, ease back, neck, or shoulder discomfort, and boost overall energy and vitality. People often notice they sleep better, feel calmer, move with more ease, and enjoy a stronger mind-body connection. Over time, these shifts add up to greater wellbeing and a higher quality of life.

Q: What will I feel during a session?

A: Everyone’s experience is different. You might notice waves of breath or movement through your spine, a sense of release, or just a deep calm. Over time, most people report better posture, less stress, and more energy. It's one of those things you just have to experience to truly understand.

Q: Do I Have To Keep Coming In Forever?

A: We help people who need one off sessions to those who use chiropractic as part of their healthy lifestyle and everything in between. We simply explain our findings, give our recommendations, then let you decide what level of care you'd like.

Q: What Other Services Do You Provide?

A: In addition to Network Spinal, we offer manual and instrument adjustments as needed, soft tissue work, mechanical traction (roller table), PEMF, and nutritional counseling.

Q: What Is The Cost?

A: Visits are $79 for a 15-minute session and $149 for a 30-minute session. There are monthly packages that you can purchase at a discounted rate if you choose.

Pediatric (15 years old and younger) visits are $49.

We are not in-network with any insurance providers. This allows us to focus fully on your care, not billing codes or red tape. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for their visits. We can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your health insurance carrier when applicable.
